Stacking, Reclaiming and Storage
Materials like coke or ore, but also additives like lime or limestone are often stored in high quantities. For the various requirements in these fields, the AUMUND Group has specialists, i.e. engineers working for SCHADE Lagertechnik GmbH (Herne) as well as for the British subsidiary B&W Mechanical Handling Ltd. (Ely).
Our production programme includes storage and blending beds for outdoor operation as well as for operation in closed buildings: with slewing and luffing stackers and booms, portal or bridge scrapers for storage and blending beds in circular or longitudinal shape.
Mobile Stacking
For medium-sized stockpiles the Stormajor™ Stacker with radial outloading boom is a flexible solution: The Stormayor enables the direct receipt of the bulk material from the tipping trucks or loading shovels. When applying the Stormayor handling capacities of up to 1,250 cubic meters per hour are achieved. In combination with a SAMSON™ Surface Feeder the mobile stackers enable a quick discharge from the tipping trucks.
Hopper Discharge
The rotary discharge machine (type BEW) is suitable for the material discharge from rectangular loading hoppers or from a series of storage silos. This LOUISE product allows to discharge the material over the whole lengths of the hoppers or silos.
The hopper discharge machine moves forward and backward along the hopper shelf in a tunnel. Depending on the type chosen it enables the discharge from both sides.
Discharge and Conveying
The product mix of the AUMUND Group companies includes rigidly mounted as well as mobile equipment for the discharge and conveying of different bulk materials.
